At the press conference to announce the launch of the contest on 27 April 2021, Mrs. Lieu Thi Phuong – CEO of IJC presented a Sapphire jewelry collection named National Figure that is worth more than 1 billion dongs to this beauty contest. The National Figure collection is inspired by the sacred letter S and the patriotic spirit, by the shape of our beloved country and national pride of the Vietnamese people.

This collection is designed with interlocking S letters, using a total of 722 intricately hand-engraved gemstones, including 59 yellow Sapphires from dark to light tones and 663 Diamonds on 18K white gold background. This is also the hidden meaning shared by IJC when they wants to mention the saying “golden forest, silver sea” handed down by our ancestors from thousands of years ago when talking about our homeland and country.

15 skilled jewelers at IJC have worked for 500 hours to complete the National Figure collection and put into it many meanings and honors for Vietnamese women.
